Mail delivery is spotty at best. Some days no mail at all, other days mail coming way late (both in the day or days later). Going to the post office doesn't help either, nobody there seems to care.

Rude workers either attitude. Stood in line like everyone else, had 6 packages to mail, no labels available for priority and the lady says why am I helping you with all these people in line? Umm because I stood in line like every one else! After I explained why I was here she became nicer. Other lady not even helping me was also rude with attitude. Highly do NOT recommend going to this place.

Because I make a habit of looking for the postings in every Post Office, when I went into this Post Office, I couldn't find their Poster 7 and asked where it might be. The Postmaster came out in a huff and clearly had no idea what it was or the information it contained. She was able to show me the poster, but the print was extremely small. I'm not sure if most people could even read it. She was extremely rude. She told me it was not normal for anyone to ask about the postings and asked if I worked for the government. I strongly feel that all government workers should be aware of the rules and regulations governing the conduct of their place of work and clearly this Post Office wasn't aware at all.

This is an absolutely terrible PO. Mail delivered here can disappear for days and often disappears forever. Checks mailed to pay bills are never delivered resulting in late fees to utilities, mortgage companies, etc. Just today a package that was returned to me (the sender) has been slated for delivery for 4 days and now it's disappeared - likely into the arms a Post Office thief. The interior of the PO has a kiosk with a huge drum for packages that are scanned with labels. The arm broke on the drum MONTHS AGO and it has NEVER BEEN REPAIRED. Now to place a package into the drum you have to use both hands to turn this VERY HEAVY METAL drum to open it and then with difficulty hold it open to put packages inside. I have REPEATEDLY notified the PO of this trashy method for depositing packages and their inability to FIX ANYTHING. This is a terrible PO as most are. The government should take control of the USPS. Rebid a contract and select some other vendor to do the job because the US POSTAL SERVICE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. THEY PROVIDE TERRIBLE SERVICE YET INCREASE THEIR PRICES MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR. You could like this situation to the fraud going on in Minnesota right now!!! It's resulting in billions of dollars in lost mail, packages, theft, etc. Get rid of the Post office altogether.

I love this post office. Every time I go in the clerks are super friendly and go above and beyond to help. Even if there is a line they keep things moving and fun with singing and jokes. You truly feel like a family when you walk in here. With my job I have to travel at times and I have had to use several post offices in other locations, none come close to my post office and the customer service that these ladies, especially Michelle and Trina, provide. Highly recommend Wendell Post Office for all you postal needed.

Nellie is a nutball, but she runs that place like tight ship, basically all on her own. She gets very little help from other staff, and this is still is one few places around to get an appointment for a passport.

Probably the worse post office ever. Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. If I could I would rate 0 stars.

Please use the locker’s to place a resident’s items that were shipped in plenty of time. Mine came at 7:35am Friday morning. Instead of my organic food items going there a yellow card was placed in my P. O. Box instead. They were all kept away from me in the back room. I want to get my items as soon as possible. Not at 9:35am the next Monday. Please bother to place items in the key locked lockers..
