Love the regular mail carrier. Johnson Post Master can't think outside the box and hides her laziness behind regulations.

I would like an answer as to "why I am not getting regular mail delivered."
It's been 1 1/2 weeks since I have been told by your office to address the Elkhart post off with
my concern.
I did contact them by e-mail with my concern and get no response!
I should not have to DRIVE to Elkhart to get an answer.
Why is MOST of my mail not being delivered!?

There is one particular female Postal Service worker who is consistently rude and condescending to the customers. I have witnessed her yelling at customers and muttering her frustrations about customers under her breath. She is unfriendly and impatient. Her excuse has been that she is the only person working there. If that is the case, another person should be hired. However, this woman’s attitude only invites frustration and chaos amongst her customers.

Just when I thought the post office couldn't get any worse, I walk into the katonah branch. Both people clearly hate their jobs.Go to another branch,unless you want to walk out of there dumber than when you walked in.
Pathetic is the best word to summarize their job perfomance and that entire experience

The middle aged woman that works here at the Gales Ferry Post Office is quite unfriendly, sour faced and very unpleasant to deal with...makes me want to go to any other PO except our own. She acts like she doesnt like her job and is most ungracious.

Horrible EGREGIOUS MANAGER!!! Sexual harassment from manager Rosanto and clerk Eddie!! Vindictive liars.. CLAIMED my P.O. Box was closed yet it was NOT CLOSED!$ it was my bday. With held AND RETURNED MY PACKAGES CLAIMING I DID Not pay my box fee. No notice. Box fee due Nov 30 THIS IS FEB 14th. REALLY PEOPLE??? Held my package HOSTAGE..REFUSING to give to me UNLESS AND UNTIL I PAID A MONTH..AGAIN!!!They kept lying to 1800 stating case was resolved, when it was not. REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY DOCUMENTS THEY DOCTORED UP TO JUSTIFY THEIR ACTIONS!!! I am Retired from the USPS DUE TO THE TRAUMA AND PTSD I SUFFERED WHILE I WORKED THERE!! Eddie also stole a shed I had ordered and was confirmed by another clerk that it had arrived!!!

Terrible upkeep of communal mailboxes, routine misdelivery of mail, no consequences for carriers who mishandle mail.

the worst! they never pick up the phone and the mailman in my area always puts the mail in other people's mailboxes and this has been happening for years with minimal to nothing being done because the behavior continues! The mail carrier also put packages in other people's boxes incorrectly and when you speak to the supervisor at the post office he assures you he will speak to his staff and it happens again! Also, when you visit the front clerks at the actual post office they give you the run around and say there is no supervisor available "they all left for the day" when its only 3p in the afternoon and shrug off your concerns about your mail issues that you want to address! Very discourteous and unfavorable behaviour towards the patrons!

I have lived here 10 months now and have previous residents mail put in my mailbox weekly..!! I am disappointed that this postal worker continues to deliver their mail in my mailbox after I have written on all mail to “RETURN TO SENDER” !!! DOES NOT LIVE HERE “ !! Why do I have to continually do their job! Pay attention! I am the only person that lives here.! I purchased this home in MAY 2023 !! Please stop delivering mail to people who are not residents at my address!

There is no one at any branch who will answer a call!! Wonder why a lot of people choose other mailing methods?
