I made a pick-up request, and nobody showed up to pick up my packages. Lately the customer service of this post office has been very poor. They better get their act together.
We have mail preview and this location has a bad habit of not delivering on Saturdays when our mail comes up particularly on that day, a lot of times costing us money as we were expecting important documents, and then delivering it on Monday instead.
