Except for our regular mail carrier, the weekly substitutes carriers or Sunday deliveries from this Annex are terrible. My packages consistently are delivered to another address that is similar to mine. Today, February 25, 2024, I received notice that my package had been delivered, but it had not. Once again, I had to go to the other residence to retrieve my package. The mail carrier had put my package in the mailbox at the other house, and this happens all the time if the carrier is not our regular mail carrier. I have filed complaints before but it never changes. This is an ongoing problem that needs to be corrected. PLEASE, if a carrier is going to deliver a package, the address should be double checked!!!!
You guys are HORRIBLE at delivering mail all your drivers hardly speak English and you guys are the most DIFFICULT post office to get a hold of other than $200 of stuff being not delivered to either the right mail box or it being stolen you guys are HORRIBLE at your job
I've lived in several places in this country and the Ringgold Post office is the absolute worst Post office period!! Today is 1-22-2024 its 9:00 pm and my mail still hasn't been delivered.
