Ballico needs to hire postal drivers that actually deliver packages!!! We're sitting in the front yard and watched her stick the paper in the box stating that we weren't home. Simply because she didn't want to go down the driveway. That's lazy. There is no dog here during the day. No reason she can't drive up. We watch her do this all the time. She needs to do her job ALL THE WAY!!!🤬 I've asked about this and told her this.

Noone answers the phone. When you show up there's at least a parking lot which is a plus. The Line usually goes fast. mixed bag of experiences. hit or miss with customer service.
Poor street parking situation... Very slow service. For such a nice area and a historic location for locals wish it was better.
This is an amazing post office! The employees are so helpful and are always ready to give me a hand with any concerns or shipping questions. They have much more patience than most post offices I’ve been at.
