I went inside to ask questions and the clerk at the register was very condescending. I was trying to understand the protocol for delivered items that had not actually been delivered. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over in very snippy tone. I kept saying I understood that, but I wanted to know how it worked if package didn't come. State employees have the worst reputation for being rude. I suggest a training on how to address the public.
Won't deliver packages to covered porch. Have filled out 2 requests to ask to put on porch. Pay for package to be delivered. Did not even attempt to deliver. Not doing job that they get paid to do. Bad....
