There is one particular female Postal Service worker who is consistently rude and condescending to the customers. I have witnessed her yelling at customers and muttering her frustrations about customers under her breath. She is unfriendly and impatient. Her excuse has been that she is the only person working there. If that is the case, another person should be hired. However, this woman’s attitude only invites frustration and chaos amongst her customers.
Worst postal delivery ever (even USPS deliveries) In my area everyone receives everyone else's mail. The lids on the boxes are left open, the PO NEVER answers the phone. Ive complained several times and always get a bad attitude from the Postmaster. Several expensive items have been lost or delivered to the wrong address. Im at my wits end in trying to resolve this matter.
Laziest delivery service in the area, then they nit pick about why they are lazy.
They do their best with what they have. I love them
Aweful. Why does Mt. Juliet, Tn., have delivery every single day with 7in of snow on the ground, and OHPO closes for 5 days? Pathetic. Close this branch, please USPS!
