I saw the postman stuff a package into the mailbox but it was too big for the mailbox and it became stuck in the mailbox along with the mail he attempted to put in the mailbox as well. In doing so the package case was broken open and the picture inside was torn. I tried several times to contact customer service but each time the phone stopped ringing nobody ever answered.
