Nobody answers the phone. No matter what time you call during business hours or how many times you call.
I live at ********* Blvd in Cocoa Beach. In the past week I have had my mail put in others boxes. I have also had others in mine. The Delivery person either does not pay when sorting or doesn’t check when delivering. It is tax season and getting accurate delivery is important.
What and absolute JOKE this place is. One person working that moves slower than a turtle and someone else who just yells at people. Then when you do get up there theu are RUDE AF and Not helpful. Typical government "workers" just collecting a check and don't care about anything.
